INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup plus 1 tbsp grass-fed unsalted butter
3/4 cup all natural peanut butter
100g 90% dark choc
2 tbsp Natvia powdered sweetener
1 tsp vanilla essence
METHOD:
Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat or in the microwave (in 30 second bursts).
Remove from the stove / microwave. Stir in the peanut butter and add the sweetener to taste.
Pour into a small, flat container lined with parchment paper.
Place in the freezer for 30 minutes or until set.
Cut into 2x2cm squares.
