Sugar free Choc-Peanut Fudge

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/3 cup plus 1 tbsp grass-fed unsalted butter

  • 3/4 cup all natural peanut butter

  • 100g 90% dark choc

  • 2 tbsp Natvia powdered sweetener

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


METHOD:

  • Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat or in the microwave (in 30 second bursts).

  • Remove from the stove / microwave. Stir in the peanut butter and add the sweetener to taste.

  • Pour into a small, flat container lined with parchment paper.

  • Place in the freezer for 30 minutes or until set.

  • Cut into 2x2cm squares.
